I recently made a large change in my day-to-day life, I have begun waking up between 5:30 and 6:00 am every day. I have to work early many days and my old regime of staying up late on the internet was giving me a severe lack of sleep. So two days ago the Washington Nationals got eliminated from the postseason. I'm a little embarrassed to admit this, but I find myself really upset.
