More racist violence in Moscow

It says in the article below that a crowd in Moscow stormed a train because they thought one of the passengers was of Caucasus origin. So what does that mean, anyway? Darker hair, darker skin, darker eyes, maybe curly hair, a big nose? Anyone matching those descriptions is automatically a target in Moscow
