Deer!
I am loving hunting season this year. Ed the bow-hunter stopped by and gave us a 4.5 lb roast a couple days ago. Today Matt stopped by with another hunk of meat. 
This one's just shy of 4 lbs. I'm going to cut it up into stew meat I think. It's a bit of the hind-end so it's probably best used for a stew or pot-roast kind of thing. Did I mention that I love venison? Yummy!
