Well, my external hardrive slipped and fell in the floor today, and now it's busted. I can hear clicking when I turn it on, which apparently means the drive itself is garbage and the data is likely gone. Between my laptop and desktop I might be able to get most things back, but I'm pretty sure some stuff is lost for good ( Read more... )

EDIT: Ed and I have been talking about Monster Hunter a bit since I started looking up monsters, and now we joke that I'm a Barioth and she's a Nargacuga. XD

I've been playing Monster Hunter Freedom Unite for the past few days, and the people on GameFAQs were right. It's a hard game to play solo. XP If I face anything with "drome" in its name, I'm almost sure to be pwned. My computer's not good enough to play Amnesia: The Dark Descent. It'll run the game, but everything lags and looks funny.

I am disappoint.

I think I've lost interest in LJ and DW. Not permanently, but for now I seem to have retreated back to the things that kept me going during my roughest years--soulbonds and video games.
