ahh Richmond... home of the hipsters with their bad haircuts. You just don't see those up here in NOVA. Last time I was in Richmond I saw a girl with an 80's mullet decked out in full 80's hipster wear.

What frightens me is teenage boys with their tiny tiny jeans...
