Today I had a giggle fit. Like when your seven years old at a slumber party wearing too hot pajamas and eating moon pies till your head hurts giggles. Abie thought it was funny. It started when i tried to get catie to pop my back cause it felt weird after class today. We call this Harumphing. As in, "Catie, will you harumph me?" "Okay, where?" "On ( Read more... )

tip-top-tap-ioca. I know I've read about tapioca at some point in some children's book...someone thought that tapioca was gross...that it was made out of fish eyes, or newt eyes, or something like that. Ramona?

Tapioca makes me think of .... Sweet Valley? Don't ask me why. Maybe it's Ramona. I read those, too.

I love Anne of Green Gables.

Orrrrr...it might have been on Salute Your Shorts. All the best childhood TV memories are from Salute Your Shorts.

I googled it. i'm not so clever. Turns out a lot of topics are tapioca related. I tried hard, and now I'm a little obsessed. I HATE losing memories. I think that's why yard saleing was such a new phenomena-how do you remember what you've done if you give away all your little memory triggers? Guess I have to keep this damn journal. If you have any flashes of tapioca, let me know, please. Sweet Balley does have something tapioca in there, doesn't it. weird.

LJ, did you have a hard day? Chin up, or I'll send you old tapioca in the mail instead. :)

Catie, hush. I didn't mean to type Balley. There's no need to get sassy with me. I'm an impulse writer, people like me are to be respected

A hard day????? Why do you ask? Did I ask less questions than usual or something? LOL.

Sweet Balley? That's hilarious. And thanks for not (publicly) making fun of me for reading Sweet Valley when I was younger. I don't think even I could have that much restraint.

now if you quit asking questions, that would be a state of emergency. you just seemed extra introspective. I can't make fun of anyone about sweet valley (whew, typed it right), when i see those old paperbacks all in a row i get a burning urge to read em all again. I don't think i ever grew into adult novels:)
