I've never read it. I know, I can't believe it, either! I know there's a pig in it. And a spider. It sounds awfully cute.

Oh, I've been meaning to ask .... what's the story behind Nallie? I see you guys (y'all) use it all the time.

Nallie is just the latest generation of a series of pet names. It started when Abie and I decided Catie needed a nickname. To drive Catie crazy, we decided that "Nana" was the PERFECT nickname for catie. She hated it. We chased her around going "nananananananana!" She wouldn't respond to it for a long time. Then she came around. Nallie came from that and I started calling her lollipop one day. I think its nana and lolly mixed together. And Catie thinks that cats don't say meow, they say "nallie?"

They're working on a new movie of it right now as well. I always loved that book.
