Fitness and Me

So...many moons ago, like three years ago, I started working out. I got a trainer, and with her help in that first year, I lost about ten inches from my waist. I had heard of C25K, and really really wanted to try it after following the blogs of several women here who did it and found great success with it. You go, girl!! You *can* do it!

I've started some new stuff, too. Mostly yoga, which sucks 'cuz I have noooo flexibility. But I can feel it working my muscles, and I know the deep breathing is good for me.

Ha! If I get the energy to blog about anything anymore, I'll certainly write about it. These days it seems like my attention span is about as long as a Facebook update, and that's it! :)

is there any way you could send me the podcasts, or link me to where i can download them? i've been wanting to do the couch to 5k for a while, but its difficult for me to time it properly.

of course! they're podcasts that you can subscribe to, so i'll send you the links i found. if you google couch to 5k podcasts, you can find a whole bunch of options. the original podcast, by robert ullrey (sp?), is good, but i don't like the music. it doesn't get me going at all. but it works for some people!
