Both are so charming, but both are also a lot of house especially the first. Can you tell me in American dollars what each would cost? I can't wait to know what your actual plan is, how exciting to have plans!

the yellow one: 123 158
the red one: 126 073

the yellow one is 1625 sqft
the red one is 1152 sqft

the yellow one has a garden four times as large as the red one, so it's true what they say: You buy the location! The factory is truly bringing down the price on the yellow one.

Yeah, the yellow one is completly unrealistic for a number of reasons. Too big, too old and too many problems that goes with that. But pretty, oh so pretty!

The red one is actually a a lot more realistic buy for me on my own. It's in good shape and not too big. And it has an itty-bitty garden - just the right size for a city-gal like me. ;)

But as I said: that's not The Plan. :P
