*sigh* It seems the dumming down of TV programs is in line with the people in them and perhaps too many of the people watchng them these days (yourself excluded of course!). Why S. American slate - haven't they ever been to Wales?! (cost I guess). Water wheel - nice idea, but also flawed for most people as not many of us have access to a handy river/stream (I certainly haven't found one running through my flat yet...thankfully). Nutrients. Not good if you are one of the four horseman of the apocolypse ;D
