I want to be The Bride

There's a scene in Kill Bill Vol. 2 where The Bride needs to punch through wood that's directly in front of her, so she starts with her fingers on the wood and then punched it. It's a cool scene, and it's a move that I've taken to doing (with much less force, blood and broken bones), whenever I'm annoyed. I can't imagine how tension-relieving it

All people are seemingly normal... even you and I.... till you get past the bullshit layer that we all throw up so when we meet people they don't run off screaming. *Mostly they run because they themselves were forced to view their own craziness and that does of reality hit to close to home*
