Ok so here's what my hair looks like: I couldn't do just the tips because hair products are too messy, so I did a lot of the front of my hair. I bleached it first and then used blue. It's a dark blue, but it shows up really well on the most bleached spots. I didn't completely stay within the borders with the blue just because it was hard to do
