it's not the act of finding that's long-term, it's the something that is. so, adjective, not an adverb.

not that I'm a grammar king...

Give her the sentence, "Find something more long-term," and she will quickly see that it's an adjective. Err, or SHOULD quickly see this. ;)

IT's totally an adjective. It's a state of being not a descriptionyverbythingy. Maybe...I'm not the best for this.
