I recently bought "The Sagas of Icelanders", a huge book full of some of the best sagas to come out of Iceland. I'm not even through the first one, but I've already learned a fair share about traditional rune charms. And here I was just buying the book for fun.

I'm still not entirely convinced that Iceland exists. I spent nine hours there during the Evil Plane Delay of 1999. There is nothing there except an airport. And dirt. As far as the eye can see, dirt. Not a sign of life anywhere...

I hear there's really only a few actually cities there. Guess the name worked. :P
