Last Night's CSI
Okay, I fell asleep in the second half, because I had taken a Pamprin, and those things knock me out. But oh my goodness! Grissom and Sara are back! And Greggo was wearing a suit and a tie! A suit and a tie! TIE! SUIT! I'd make a comment about it, but it would only come out with me using the word "hubba" three times, followed by a fangurlish netspeak phrase with an overabuse of punctuation.
Brownie points and cookies to anyone who makes me a loverly icon with Greggo in his tie, and some choice ZZ Top lyrics. I know I'd come a-runnin' just as fast as I could! What say you? smut_queen? ashism? entropy84? Anyone have screencaps/is willing to make screencaps? I'd appreciate it.
Okay, back to the GeekShip Lollipop. I sure hope that the folks at CBS have gone to Sara's bio and made all the necessary changes to her character that we've suddenly found out in the past two seasons. You know, now her father was murdered and abusive instead of just being a complacent hippy who owns a bed and breakfast. And the only child has a brother who did pot. And she's an alcoholic.
I can almost forgive CBS for their butchering of my girl's character because of Jorja's AMAZING acting last night and every night, followed by a very shippy handsqueeze. Almost forgiven. But not quite. I can't tell if they suddenly moved in new writers who had never watched CSI before and who didn't even bother reading or watching past episodes, or if they thought, "Wow. Jorja's an amazing actress. People love Sara. We need to fix that."
Okay, I need to watch the part that I slept through to really get a feel for the episode, I still don't know exactly what was going on.
