You shouldn't have been smoking in the first place :p

I listen to the radio some days at work, and while I quit at work way before we even started trying to quit at work if an ad comes on about smoking I really want to go outside for a cigarette. Especially the one that asks you to imagine the smoke going through your lungs. I don't want to remember how much better my job seemed when I allowed myself to do that three times during my work day, thanks.

I've never been into gambling, but you're right: it's probably just as triggering for them.

But the triggers for smoking are everywhere. So essentially, you decide to use the adverts as triggers.
