I've heard that Seattle has some kind of underground Wild-West-era shopping district. Also, they have a giant stone troll under a bridge.

Your gallon challenge story makes me think of the song "Brak Can't Stop Laughing," only instead of slobbering on yourself, you're puking.

Seattle has a tour of the old timey seedy underground of what used to be Seattle: http://www.undergroundtour.com/ James and I did it a few years ago. It's fun! You can also go to the first Starbucks, and check out the famous fish market, for sure. Ride the Monorail! It was broken when we were there.

OH YEAH! The Sci-fi museum and music-seum (I can't remember the names) are worth it. I'm surprised the Sci-fi museum isn't already on your list. Shoot, even I liked it.
