I was in my 8:30 sociology class when the planes hit. I had wanted to watch a movie or some TV before I went to workstudy when I turned on the news, and the towers and the Pentagon were already up in flames. I hopped on to my computer to go on IM, and started talking to a friend of mine down at Roger Williams. I was watching the news when the Towers fell. It was all just....surreal. When I got to workstudy at about 11AM, another student was already there, and I just stared babbling about how New York City was getting blown up. Spent the rest of the day in a stupor.
