When sending me an extra SIM to pass on to a friend they even managed to send it to an address with a line consisting of the word 'None'.

Outstanding! That takes me back to a certain packing firm you and chrestomancy may remember and their customers' habit of sending packages to Mr F. Lastname and Mr S. Manager.

Yes, that was the same company that managed to have inserts a centimetre longer than the envelopes for them.
