Dream Job
Last Friday I had an interview with YouthCare for a position as shelter program manager. There are two program manager positions available. One is in the youth shelter with clients ages 12-17. The second is a transitional facility for clients ages 17-24. I went into the interview pretty sure that it was my first choice position and left feeling completely sure that it was exactly the right job for me.
Allow me a corney moment if you will. I really do feel very passionate about the community youthcare works with and I believe that they are an effective, fairly stable, and ethical agency. This is my job. I would put everything I had into it and I know I would make a great leader and mentor. They would not regret hiring me.

I was called back for a second interview. I am nervous but really excited. Are any of you familiar with their agency? I am doing some research to get ready but what I really need is an insider perspective. Any info or resources would be very appreciated.
