Does conjunction of skills count as a skill? E.g., could I say I was best in the world at the decathlon, even though I'm far from best in any of the component events?
Does it have to be something that the rest of the world knows about? Could I say I'm the best at playing some game that me and 5 other friends invented?
Has to be a reasonably accessible thing, but not necessarily universal. If you're the top in the world at some rare arcade game, I'll count it, but not something you make up.
Difficulty there is the rarer the thing, the harder it is to know how good you are relative to random other people that could have found it.
What about my research? While there are many people in the world that are doing similar things, there are things in regards to my research that I am the best in the world at.
