Notes: This is the last of the fandom_stocking thingys, for veleda_k, who requested Yaone/Kougaiji/Dokugakuji and indicated a liking for extreme devotion. So, yeah. That about covers it.
It's hard to know where the lines are some days, with youkai turned into monsters and humans turned into youkai and priests turned into...whatever, but Yaone and Dokugakuji manage to get by. They still have Kougaiji, after all.
He is the sun in their sky, the air in their lungs, the earth beneath their feet; he is everything, absolutely everything that is important in their world. While they have their prince, they can still hope, still fight, still love like the world will end tomorrow.
Actually, between Nii and Gyokumen Koushou, they really can't rule out the world ending tomorrow. Still, if Yaone and Dokugakuji could be allowed to die by their lord's side...would that really be so bad?
