A thought

An artist by the name of Yubi Kirondongo (I misspelled his last name) visited Earlham recently. He told my art fundamentals class that he tried to remain in a "passive state of non-expectancy". He told us that we should try to do the same.

I think that was the best advice anyone's ever given me.
