Ennis awoke with his face pressed against Jack's neck. He lifted his head and peered at the clock, seeing it was just after 7am.

This was really sweet Matt, I'm glad Ennis is so concerned for Jack, but I want to know what's wrong with Jack. I hope it's nothing really bad....

“I always have to be independent!” Jack repeated, mock-laughing. “I’m Ennis, I prefer not to talk to people, my own company is all I need,” Jack said, mimicking Ennis.

Ennis laughed. "Okay, guess I had that one coming,” Ennis said, smirking.
