The train up is over. My workout has increase by 20-30 minutes. I meant to stop at a twenty minute increase, but those extra ten minutes were calling me.

With spring upon us, and summer (simmer?) ahead, Afghanistan will be a country where water balance will have to be carefully managed. Don't get dehydrated. Don't retain water unnecessarily. ( Read more... )

I really like that video - it was so in the "here and now" just like sitting in on that moment.

And ya know - I never thought of it in "10 minutes more" - I was talking to someone the other day that said they like group exercise (like zumba) because it forces you to stay for the entire class.

Summer sounds harsh there - but it's closer to November - Yay!

The "good" part is that due to the elevation it will only get up to the 90s. Down south they may see 120s.

I decided to go up on time as I slowly go up in weight. This is the best time I have to push myself. Plus as I reach my limit with one amount of weight, I now have time to reduce the weight a bit and do some more.
