Deciding to do two things that take time means that one suffers. Here it's learning a song and reading the Quran. Neither is fast, and the Quran will take a lot longer. I totally understand how the guitar suffers for other things. Thank goodness it's is now part of our lives and something we will always come back to.

DANG! Your shoulders will be ripped for tanktops - that's how I see it anyhow.

And there are still simple exercises that I can't do because of my hip injury or that I have a fear of doing. When I first started seeing D as a trainer I couldn't even do 1 rear lunge w/falling over.

Anyhow, I'm glad you not falling over when you put your huggery on because the thump usually causes people to run into the room - and that would be TMI ;)

Bwahahaha!!!! Ok, so it turns out that 20 years ago I was willing to just throw my legs up and bang into any wall. I'm in my 40s and don't wish to make a scene. I'm going to have to work my way up using elevated surfaces. So, elevated push ups for me.

The shoulders are still looking good. ;-)

I will continue to not read the Quaran. It will sit on the shelf next to all of the other books I'll never have the patience (or desire) to read. Good for you for working your way through the book.
