I ordered a sleeper loveseat from Urban Outfitters more than two months ago. It was on back-order so I had to wait for it to come in before it would be shipped out to me. It seems they use a company that only delivers at the exact hours I am working. This company had odd guidelines because they are the only company I've ever heard of with such

After all the bs, I'd take the sofa and give whoever back exactly Half the money to pay for it. Let it be a lesson to them about the delivery company and customer service both.
