At first, I randomly dropped by different publishers I'd heard about through lj - Inkstained Succubus, Dreamspinner, Evernight, etc. They all have a "special calls" list for short fiction for anthologies. Then I found this great website called absolutewrite.com. It's got forums for writers regarding everything, including submission calls and warnings about bad agents/publishers. Fair warning, it seems most places want erotic HEA stories, so if that's your genre then there are many, many options to choose from. The list of available e-publishers out there is astoundingly long, so you can browse publishers' websites to your heart's content until you find a call that interests you.
