Lost to end in 2010

Looks like we'll be getting 3 more 16 episode seasons, with 8 month breaks in between

I like the fact that there's an end date, but, I know the longer breaks will be tough.. I just have to keep thinking to myself that if I can deal with the Sopranos' erratic schedule and 2 year breaks, I can deal with this, too.

Hmmm. Interesting. I need to dwell on this for a bit.

Right off the bat, it'll be a little goofier to keep track of. It will make it easier for them to do, though, but it'll take a while to get to the end. Presuming they stay on schedule.

Two more 22-season episodes would be 44. Three 16-season episodes? 48. Profit!

More episodes doesn't necessarily mean more profit... There's a big push to get to 100 episodes for the better syndication rate, so a lot of studios like to end production as close to 100 episodes as possible, to get that syndication bump without funding extra episodes beyond that.

Now here's a question: will 16 episode seasons sell for the same price as 22 episode seasons, once they get to DVD?
