Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando - Planet Yeedil
So, I'm fighting my way through the last level of the ENTIRE game, and it's quite a fight.
Just in half of the second half of the level, I'll empty the Megarocket launcher 4 times, empty out the Vaporizer rifle 2 or 3 times, and I have tons more to fight. I even use half of the Bouncer's 25 rounds just to get rid of all the bots that come wave after wave. I have spent a couple days trying to move forward. A couple times I accidentally fell off and then I had to start all over again, but I eventually made it to the door to the duplication lab. All those fights were intense and involved much exploding of enemies and explosives; I bet I spent a couple thousand bolts on weapons, but the payment is so high I earn a profit even after paying for ammunition.
I watched the cinematic, and it was a surprising, and perturbing turn of events. So Fizzwidget was really Qwark, and Qwark is trying to make himself #1 again. I find it hard to believe what an idiot Qwark is, going to grievous lengths and methods just to get rid of Ratchet & Clank, and to make himself king of the hill again, all for money or fame. It's as if he's been the main antagonist since Drek in R&C 1.
My next task is to save up one million bolts to get the RYNO II to make defeating the giant protopet easier. I was glad to know that a teleporter had been put in so you could return to your ship; I was afraid I was stuck there to fight, unprepared. Fortunately, I didn't have to fight unprepared, and I could return when I wanted. So, next up is raising money for the RYNO II and hopefully I can get it; I've exhausted some ways to get large amounts of money already.
I have made it to the final boss, but fortunately I can go at it when I want, so I can take my time. Wish me luck in this endeavor.
