Apparently it is garbage day in Somerville. For many places in Somerville and Cambridge, though, the garbage containers for the building just happen to live outdoors at the side of the building and the side of the building is not far from the street, so the odor is still plenty pungent when it hits me... Sigh.

Some terrible 80s slasher flick. The garbage day scene became an internet meme, my roommates showed it to me, I show it to anyone I can whenever it's remotely relevant.
