Poor Ducky; he's quite unlucky in love. Poor Kate as well - first suicide by cop. Gibbs wasn't that great about it either. I know he didn't want her to dwell on it, but there were other ways.
Paula Cassidy makes a return. It's hard to tell what she really thinks about Tony whenever she makes an appearance.
