yesterday i was in a meeting at work, and i said "yeah i'm down with that" to one of my co-workers about an idea she had.

and she made fun of me: "down with that? who says stuff like that? i don't think anyone talks like that."

i felt pretty silly........but i talk like that all the time. what's the big deal?
