Some people will never grow up. If you want to harrass people, hunt them down and do it, don't call them, that's what you do when you're like 8, you call and hangup when someone answers because you forget what to say. Once you grow up even in the slightest, you at least have to balls to look someone in the eye before laughing at them hysterically and walking away.
