(Is cross-posting between Tumblr and LJ a thing? Pretty sure it isn't. But yeah, for the record, also putting it here.)

Okay, this is happening. I am weirdly excited, even though that’s probably both ridiculous and unwarranted. But what’ve I got to lose?! So. After having spent most of today on putting together a non-fandom version of Pull Me Under ( Read more... )

fic, not happening why is this happening?, sort of, personal stuff

Ooh, nicely formatted. I crossposted from Tumblr and LJ a few times but not as prettily. Also, I linked to your tumblr post in my LJ, a kind of LJ 'reblogging'...????

That probably is the LJ version of reblogging, yes! *g*

Easiest thing to do for cross-posting: copy the html source and paste that. Then you only need to tweak a little.

Yay! That is awesome news. I'll be sure to buy it and leave a review. Fair warning: Review might take a while though, these days I'm pretty busy with my own novels... ;) But I can post about on my FB author page if you'd like that. Let me know!

Thaaaaaaank you, babe! That would both be so awesome! I mean, I honestly don't expect it to be, like, a big hit or anything, but if it were to finance me a concert ticket, that would be pretty awesome... So, you know, any help to get it even slightly noticed would be lovely.

Also! I did not even know you publish stuff too, now! (I am so behind and really not much around on LJ anymore.) Link me to your FB? :)

Loved the first chapter, and I'll review when I finish reading it! :D Also yelled enthusiastically about it on twitter a little bit. ;)

Ooooooh, so cool! So happy to hear you're enjoying it, especially because I think yours might be the first non-fandom feedback I see. (I'm not entirely certain; there are a few reviews up, but I think it's all people who read the fandom version. So, ah, I so hope you'll like the rest just as much.

Also, thank you for the Twitter thing! (Twitter is still a mystery to me. How do people do anything in less than three-thousand words?!)

Yeah, I didn't realise it was adapted from fic at all until one of my friends said they were pretty sure it was a 1D fic and I remembered you'd written that! XD I know almost nothing about 1D so I've definitely got that non-fandom perspective. ;)

Non-fandom perspective is cool! I'm mostly positive that some of the reviews which have trickled in are from non-fandom people now, so it does appear to work independently. But, yeah. I hope it works for you! :)
