*nod* I need to do that, although I'll be honest about being leery of your 'typical' college student. That, and how many college students want to room with a 30 year old? :P

Just as a guess, the 38.5 thing is so they can still count you as a part-time employee.

Doubtful, since as I recall, law here states that anything over 30 hours is full time. That was something I found out when I worked at WalMart. I'm not certain exactly why they do it. I'm wanting to say that it's an 8.5 hour day with 45 min lunch or something. In a 5 hour week, that'd make 38.75 hours. In a 4 day week, it'd be 10.5 hours with 45 min lunch, or 39 hours a week. I'll find out in a couple of weeks.
