See I don't mind when you can see a glimpse of their boxers or even a bit of bum.
Yesterday I saw this tall and skinny kid walking with his trousers extremely low. "How low?" His jeans started where his boxers ended... ( I'll give you a moment to create the mental image )

Well, there's something to be said for that dude's creative 'gunslinger belt' set-up. Quite clever. Of course, this should really only be permissible if you've got a fine bum to show off. We need to implement some form of test so that if someone displays this behavior they can easily be judged!

I'm highly put off even really attractive guys with the low-pants problem. Mens' arses are often hairy and as you say, the caterpillar effect is really not a draw card.
