The first makes me wonder how she's doing four of them at once.

The second makes me laugh for two different reasons. Who knew that the key to conservative victory would be found in a feminine cleansing product?

Either I'm incredibly dense today, or that was a hook to get me to ask "What's the second and different reason?"

That was the second reason, the thought that a mixture of water and vinegar (for example) could solve all "conversative" problems. The first was including the author among an assortment of other douches.
