I;ve heard of a possible wii release in the future along with Tatsunoko Vs Capcom. But it's all reumours at this point. Either way I love Sammy's games. They also did Guilty Gear and the fighting game for fist of the north star which is fucking AWESOME. To be honest I didn't think you liked 2D fighters at all.

I'm not a huge fan of fighting games in general, but Ive been introduced to some more recently which I have taken a liking to. The main 2D one for me is Guilty Gear, since Spunky introduced me to that back when I first met him.

I also played 'The Rumble Fish 2' at Insert Coin 09, which was a good laugh. I liked Mito most overall, but Boyd's lazer fingers are a lot of fun too.

I'm probably more skilled (although not great) at 3D fighters. Mostly Soul Cailber 4 and Dead or Alive 2, but havent played DoA for a long time and the machine at Insert Coin 09 was broken, couldnt use 'left' on the joystick >.>

A few of my friends in Sheffield are really good at fighters and my aim is to learn a character properly in BlazBlue so there is at least one game where I can provide a bit of a challenege for them at least. But it would have to be released here first :P

The main appeal for me though is the characters and the animations, because I am vain like than.

I'm pretty shit at Soul Calibur I admirt, but I'm fairly decent at Doa with counters and combo throws.

Street fighter 3 and King Of Fighters are probably my fave 2d fighting games.
