So today is day 4 of our little fast experiment, which means i have now gone almost 36 hours without eating anything whatsoever (but drinking water, of course). At least i feel a lot better this morning than i did yesterday, where i never really got over that feeling of "omg i need something to eat right freaking now!". so last week becky had this idea to do this fast she had read about. And i agreed. Im not really sure why, at this point. Anyway, basically we eat raw food only for 2 days, no food (but lots of water) for 3 days, then raw food for 2 days again. Today was day one.
