Is there ever really closure?

I went to a therapist yesterday and she assured me that Julie is a toxic person and the best thing I could have done was leave.  She also assured me that I am not taking too long grieving.  I was worried that I should be fine like lots of other people seem to be, but I am still crying every day.

*hugs* I know it's hard hun. There is deffinately nothing wrong with you and I hope it makes you feel better when I say that I cried every night for a month and a half after my father died. Tapes are good, but they can be hard.

I want to go with you when you go see Nick again. Let me know when that will be....hopefully sometime during the week cuz usually my weekends are booked but who knows.

I get TMJ from not wearing my retainer for long periods of time too. You can also help that by massaging the facial muscles surrounding the upper part of your jawbone.

i cried every day and then every week for a year when a special someone to me died. Still do every march 14th. Light a candle, let off some steam.

addition: it is also normal to do the following, talk to him like he is in the room, cry about at wierd seemingly inappropriate moments, pray for/to him. in some cases: be angry at him.

cry when certain songs come on that remind you, for me: The Space Between - Dave Matthews Band, and Original Sin - Elton John
