I certainly didn't mean everyone. And I know some people are busy. Plus, you live pretty far away.

But I was pretty shocked that out of every single person who reads my journal, not a single one was available ANY times on ANY of the 3 days.

My experience has been that no one will respond to things like this on LJ, but if you call them people will be more willing. Not always though. LJ is just not that reliable.

I know. And I called Jamie and she took me, so it wasn't a big deal. But it just kind of made me feel like no one cared. I don't have family here. If my friends won't offer to help me when I need help, I'm all alone.

And I really don't think I ask anyone for too much. I mean, I know I could be wrong. But I try to be a friend who goes out of her way for people she cares about. I just felt like no one was willing to do the same for me.

I hope your surgery went well and as relatively pain-free as possible. I'm sorry that I couldn't drive you but, well, a.) I have no car and b.) I have no license and c.) I don't read LJ that often but I assure you that if I had convieniently attained both a and b prior to your surgery, I would have taken you. I hope to see you sometime soon. Take care, love. Miss you.
