Two thoughts from the theater

I went to see the movie North Country tonight. It's a good movie, in the same vein as Erin Brockovich but with a different fight, and a different message: When you see something terrible happening, the first thing you can do about it is stand up and tell the truth. That's it, nothing fancy, but oh so very powerful. Sometimes I need to be reminded

i really want to see that movie. it looks really good. i've seen some ofthose previews, and was slightly disturbed.
