Those old feelings and memories nagging at you can really bring you down so well done. I make sure I set aside time for meditation and sort those thoughts aside as best I can.

It used to be a big problem! I think that had to do with anxiety. I'm pretty good at controlling that now. Thanks, therapy! Meditation is helpful too, but I don't always feel like I'm good at it.

I didn't even know there was a Beetlejuice musical on Broadway until I watched the ball drop on New Year's and saw the big sign. I'm intrigued.

I am too! The movie is a fun watch. The musical will be interesting at the very least. Whether it's a good or bad interesting is yet to be seen!

My eldest, and youngest daughters are both living in NYC, and Gracie (my eldest, who aspires to be on Broadway someday) is always letting me know what shows she has seen, wants to see, and what's coming. I don't know when I will get up there next, but I am sure she will have my trip full of Broadway shows!

And I am like you, and don't like to stew on things too long.

Haha! She's like a Moviefone but for stage productions! Did Gracie go to school in New York at all? I'm trying to remember if I've seen her anywhere or in any kind of off Broadway production. I've dabbled in stage acting myself!

Gracie did go to NYU for a few years, then moved to LA and worked as a barista while taking acting classes. She hasn't been hired for anything yet, but she is very active on IG, singing, reading lines, and standing up for social injustice!

I don't like to stew but I still do when my thoughts go round and round. I fixate on the smallest things and it's so hard to move forward. I'm grateful Ana helps to pull me out of that cycle.

I can get caught up in those cycles too, and that's when I try to switch things up and do things I don't normally do. It's like changing my schedule clears my mind of any negativity.

Letting the bad things go and letting bygones be bygones is very wise. If I have bad juju, I like to work it out by doing exercise or dancing.

Also, I had no idea they were doing a Beetlejuice musical. I'm greatly intrigued now.

Those are great ways to clear your head! Holding on to the negativity is so unproductive and harmful to an extent, so if you have a way of ridding yourself of that, way to go!
