Tim Burton's ALICE IN WONDERLAND. - 5 Stars
Let me start by saying as a small child the ALICE books scared the Bejeesus out of me. Nor am I in anyway a fan of Tim Burton, I liked only three movies he had done, two BATMAN & SLEEPY HOLLOW, now I get to add ALICE IN WONDERLAND to the list.
Burton's vision fit closer to my feelings about Lewis Carroll's drug dreams than Disney's saccharin version ever did. The costumes and sets were incredible, the animated 3D characters beautifully designed, the make up fun and the score perfect. I thought the actors did a great job and the actress who played Alice was strong enough to pull off the role. Very enjoyable 5 Stars
