I have two supplemental insurance policies from work through AFLAC. The first I've had for 10 years or so for long term disability and had fogotten about it. I'll give you kudos for bringing it to their attention. Being I'm IT, I'm guessing that no one but the offshore team who coded the website knows that "husband and wife" is what gets displayed, so no one knew to tell someone that it needs to be changed to modern times. Hopefully they are putting in a change order to correct it. If it still appears that way in a month then I'd give them hell.
