So what do I do with figs? Our neigbor has one that grows over our fence, and every day I've got lots of figs on the ground. Today came home from work and there were 257, I counted, and it filled the wastepaper basket. They got added to the 100+ from yesterday and that many from the day before that are in the garbage can, and it actually smells ( Read more... )

Bacon wrapped figs. Spanish often serve them tapas style and they're very good. Google "bacon wrapped figs" and you'll find lots of recipes.
