So i went outside at around 1 or something today 'cause i was sick of staying in. For no reason, i decided to run about a half to a whole mile in my sandals. I know real martial arts training is best done alone, but if you're looking for an excuse to practice your skills in a less solitary manner, I'm always looking to learn (not that I really know much as it is, but still).
