bruce you have every right to feel the way you do! in fact if these people think that they are still your "friends" after they come back from camping, they are saddly mistaken. "friends" don't do that to each other no matter what! i feel the same way you do about this kinda stuff and i support you 100%. if you wanted that kind of bullshit then you would go back to the people who you had to pretend with. you have been there more than once when any of these 6 people have needed you, i know that for a fact, and if they think they can treat you like shit they i'm sorry but they shouldn't even be considered a "friend!" you are a wonderful person and i hope they know how much they hurt you and how they have now recked one of the best friendships that they may never get back

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one that's a little insulted that they tried to hide it from people. I mean, they knew I was going to say I couldn't go anyways because I was working, but they could have at least made the effort to ask. I was already paranoid that some of these people weren't really my friends and this didn't help at all. Bruce, even though I'm not as close a friend to you as many of the people in the aforementioned group, I still consider you a great person to ask for help or just hang out with. i totally agree, that it was really wrong for them to keep this from everyone, not that they invite me to many things any way, but at the 3 doors down concert they were all huddled together so that no one else, probably me would hear them. It's stupid of them to keep things from people, its not like any one would care, but the fact that they hid it from everyone kinda sux. ~Lauren
I know the trip was "last minute", but I'm sorry...this isn't a trip to the marriott. People had to make the reservation, get tents, food, arrange rides. I saw them every day for the last five weeks. Even if the plans were only made a week ago, I saw them every day for that week.
This is how its working for me. Justin is off the hook. Two of them, from the reports I've heard, were behind the secrecy. I am very pissed at them. I am mad at the others because they are supposed to be my friends and out of decency, should have told me regardless of what these other two said. Particularly one of them.
I really do appreciate it, and don't believe it is forced at all that you thanked me here.
I was talking about just one person, I know everyone else was planning it for a long time. One person from the original five told me a couple days ago, and ironically it was the only one I'm certain about my friendship with. I acutally assumed I was the only one not clued in to the whole operation.
