It was a long drive up to my brother's house (just under 150 miles) but it was great to see everyone again. Even my niece (my Green Bay brother's daughter) who now lives in New York (city) was there.
We didn't get quite that warm - but Christmas did have sun. And it was in the mid-40s on Friday - warm enough to open my sunroof in the car on the way back from the yarn shop. But now it is back below freezing again. : )
Sun for Christmas is always welcome! Boston got about 2 inches of rain on Christmas Eve, but sun by noon on Christmas. No sunroof, or not enough sun because of occasional drizzle. Sunroof warm and sun on Christmas is a real treat, especially in WI. Back to reality now for us both. I won't complain that I'm back in the warm where it should be warm! ; )
